TYB series wind power box transformer substation is suitable for 50Hz, 35/0.69kV wind power generation system. The rated capacity of transformer is 800~1600kA, specially for wind power generation power supply and distribution.
Prefabricate transformer substation as boost device in wind power generation, is usually built in beach, desert, steppe and other places with sparse population and large wind power field. Usually, the natural conditions in these places are bad, thus the boost device is requested to have excellent adaptability to environment. In addition, wake flow generated from airflow and wind energy passing by vane will make noises, boost device will also make noises when working. Based on the above wind power generation features, we developed boost device for wind power -- wind power generation prefabricated substation.
The substation is divided into four parts: transformer chamber, lightning arrester and incoming chamber, high voltage operation chamber, low voltage chamber.
--High voltage side is equipped with terminal load break switch with fuse protection, the fuse is integrated protection fuse.
--Load break switch and fuse are mounted in the transformer chamber, transformer insulating liquid works as insulating and heat eliminating medium, thus it has compact structure and good heat eliminating features.
--The incoming and outgoing lines in the high voltage side are high voltage cable connectors or silicone rubber composite bushings.
-- Generally, the outgoing line of the low voltage side is direct outgoing line. Low voltage project can be customized upon request.
-- Box enclosure is wholly assembled, it is small, maintenance free and easy to mount.
-- Operating elements in the high voltage chamber are load break switch, transformer tapping switch, fuse protection.
